Registration for Summer Weights 2026 and W.F. West High School Athletics for the 2026-2027 school year will open May 29.

Welcome to FinalForms

Starting with Summer Weights in 2026, all athletics registration in our district will be handled through FinalForms. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign all athletic participation forms and saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. Many of our coaches communicate with their players and families through our ParentSquare platform. If you have an active student in the Chehalis School District, you are already in our system and can click on the link below to join your sports team’s ParentSquare group. Sports Fees for 2026-2027

The following fees will be required for participation in W.F. West Athletics in the 2026/2027 school year:

$40 annually ASB Card
$45 per sport Athletic Participation Fee
$50 annually Football participation
$30 Helmet Fee (football only)
$75 Golf Greens Fees

If paying for sports fees is a hardship for your family, under HB 1660, students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible for assistance if they are unable to pay the fees to attend or participate in any optional noncredit extracurricular district event which is of a cultural, social, recreational, or athletic nature. Sports Physicals

High School athletes need to submit a sports physical every 24-months: incoming 9^th graders need a new physical; incoming 10^th graders who turned in a physical in the previous school year do not need a new physical; incoming 11^th graders need a new physical; and incoming seniors who turned in a physical form in in the previous school year do not need a new physical
