A Year of Growth and Gratitude

As the calendar year comes to a close, I want to thank our students, staff, families, and community partners for their continued support of the Chehalis School District.

Throughout the year, our focus remained on preparing students for the journey ahead. From early learner and family support through the Cornerstone Partnership to career-connected opportunities and college visits for W.F. West High School, we continued strengthening systems that serve students at every level.

These priorities reflect our commitment to meeting students where they are and helping them stay on track for success beyond high school.

I am deeply grateful for the dedication of our staff, whose care and professionalism make a difference for students every day. I also appreciate the ongoing partnership of our families and community organizations, including the Chehalis Foundation and the City of Chehalis. Their collaboration continues to strengthen our schools.

Looking ahead, our long-term focus, including our “75 by 35” goal, continues to guide our work. As the holiday season approaches, I wish you time for rest, reflection, and connection. Thank you for being part of our Chehalis community, and best wishes for a joyful holiday season and a happy New Year.
