Starting in W.F. West High School Commons

All W.F. West parents and students are invited to join us on Monday, August 31, for Bearcat Open House to kick off the 2026-2027 school year! Open House is an opportunity for families and students to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and learn about each of the classes on your schedule. Following classroom visits, please attend one of our breakout sessions for more information on the Bearcat student experience.

OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE

5:45 - 6:00 Welcome Session in the Commons

* Pick up student schedules (if needed)

* Talk with Chehalis School Board members

* Say hello to your student’s school counselor

* Talk with new W.F. West principal, Mr. Curry

5:55 - 6:05 Welcome Message from Principal Curry

6:09 - 7:30 Follow class schedule (4 minutes of passing time between classes):

6:09 - 6:17	1st Period
6:21 - 6:29	2nd Period
6:33 - 6:41	CCR Block (3rd Period on Schedule)
6:45 - 6:53	4th Period
6:57 - 7:05	5th Period
7:09 - 7:17	6th Period
7:21 - 7:29	7th Period
7:30-7:55. Parents choose a Breakout Session to attend to learn more about the Bearcat experience and special programs of interest.
